The East Midlands Branch of CILIP and the Career Development Group have organised a screening of the Hollywood Librarian at Loughborough University on Tuesday October 14 in Stewart Mason Building room 0.14 at 6.30pm (light refreshments available from 6pm).  

It is a very short walk from the University bar and restaurants in the Edward Herbert Building (53 on the campus map) for those who want something more substantial or who want to take the opportunity to network with a post-film drink (though note that food is not served after 7.30pm so if you wish to have a meal you will need to arrive with time before the screening). The Stewart Mason Building has toilets adjacent to the foyer, lots of car parking, and disabled access (best to contact Louise Cooke beforehand if any very specific requirements). Car parks 18 and 19 are both very near, and shouldn't be busy at that time of day. There is also a regular (every 10 minutes approx.) shuttle bus running between the station and the University: you want to get off at the Computer Studies stop (this will be announced). It is then at most a 5 minute walk to the building.

There is no charge for attendance, but a donation of £2 is requested to cover refreshment costs.
