E-audio, e-books, e-magazines.

E-readingThe region's public libraries stock over 45,000 e-book and e-audio titles which form part of the 1.2 million electronic, audio-visual and other stock issued in 2013/4. See the latest CIPFA statistics 

All East Midlands public library services now provide access to e-books/e-audio and most also provide access to e-magazines which are available to their library members.

Derbyshire libraries are participating in a year-long pilot e-lending project, set up by the Society of Chief Librarians and The Publishers Association following the Sieghart Review into E-Lending in Public Libraries (April 2013) to analyse the impact of ebook lending on publishers and authors and public libraries.The 6-month update summary can be found here: Public Library e-Lending Pilot: 6 month update
