Annual Report
The Annual Report covers the year from 1st April to 31st March. It is presented to members at the Annual General Meeting in October each year. The 2012 AGM was held on Thursday 18th October at Quad, Derby.

Presentation at 2012 AGM:
Professor Peter Latchford gave a talk entitled: 'Public Sector Enterprise - getting the elephant to dance'
Peter describes himself as a writer, artist and consultant. He is Chief Executive of Black Radley, the public service trouble shooters, and non-executive Chair or trustee of a number of organisations including the Community Development Foundation and LankellyChase Foundation. He is a visiting Professor of enterprise at Birmingham City University and a Fellow of the RSA. He was awarded an OBE for services to business and the community in the New Year's Honours list 2012.
Peter’s articles on public sector solutions have been published widely in the mainstream and specialist press: amongst others he has written for the Guardian, Police Professional, Public Sector Executive, National Health Executive, Public Servant, Heath Service Journal, Inside Housing, Regeneration and Renewal, and New Start magazine.
