Libraries and Information East Midlands is a membership organisation, funded entirely by subscriptions, with members drawn from across the Library and Information Services domain.
The East Midlands region’s nine public library authorities manage the service. Membership is open to any library and information service that wishes to benefit from our services, including other public library services, universities, colleges, schools, healthcare libraries and specialist libraries.
